  • Delivery Days: Every Tuesday and Friday. You will be sent a text message one day before your delivery to give you a time slot for when the parcel is likely to be delivered.
  • Delivery Area: Hong Kong (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas)
  • Delivery Cost: FREE
  • Delivery Method: Our dedicated team handles local deliveries to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.

Order Cut-Off Times for Subscription Order:

  • To receive your subscription for the coming week, please place your order by midnight every Monday.

Deliveries for Non-Subscription Order:

  • Delivery Days: Appointed by customer
  • Delivery Area: Hong Kong (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas)
  • Delivery Cost: FREE
  • Delivery Method: Our dedicated team handles local deliveries to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.

Order Cut-Off Times for Non-Subscription Order:

  • Seasonal : Cut-off time will be shown on the order page.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once delivered, you will receive a delivery photo sent by our dedicated team via WhatsApp.

Additional Information:

  • Delivery Instructions: If you have any specific instructions (e.g., a safe place to leave your box), please include them at checkout.
  • Availability: All deliveries are subject to product availability. In case of any issues, we will contact you promptly.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your delivery, we will leave it in the driest, safest place we can see without any intrusion of privacy. It is your responsibility to provide a safe place note for us.
